I absolutely ADORE this argument: "Person/Administration X thinks we/women/Americans/etc. are a bunch of idiots, but we're not, so we'll vote for Candidate Y instead!"
Well, I agree as well:
Obama thinks we/Americans/women/men are a bunch of idiots.
Obama thinks we will believe his lies.
Obama thinks we will fall for his deception.
Obama thinks we will overlook his denial of Hillary.
Obama thinks we will overlook his denial of women in top leadership.
Obama thinks we won't notice the black to white racism.
Obama thinks we will go along with socialism.
Obama thinks we will forget his multi-million dollar supporters.
Obama thinks we can't read about his FanMae/FredMac bribery.
Obama thinks we will overlook his organization's voter fraud.
Well, I'm not stupid. I'm a Yale law graduate and a successful attorney. My husband is a successful economist. And yes, we're soccer parents. And NRA members. And we even enjoy country music. So attack away liberal pseudo-thinkers. But we won't be fooled. And neither will many others.
Oh, I'm not saying that we'll win. It may very well be that Obama is right, that many people in America are idiotic, or ignorant, or apathetic, or ridiculous enough to vote for him.
Yes, Obama may win. And if he does, America will lose. We will all lose. (Well, except for Obama and his rich friends.)

They will put this country on the line, and under the threat of Socialism because they are looking for something that is not in Obama.Young voter's think they can go down in history as the first people to vote for a black man without even looking at the man himself,and what he believe's in. This comment is absurd, and subtley racist.
Look at what capitalism has done for us. Look at the unemployed, the poor, the homeless. Look at the exploited third world nations. Look at the rampant health issues caused by products sold by large companies. I'm no socialist, but I think it's intellectually dishonest to defend capitalism. Either that, or plain ignorant of the goings-on in the world that aren't plastered on the mainstream news.
And are you seriously suggesting that McCain would be a better option? Really?

You know who I think are idiots? Wait, let me elaborate on that. Do you know who I think are some of the most ignorant @!$%#s that the sweet Lord ever blessed this planet with? The people who think we've forgotten what's happened over the past 8 years:
The people who think we forgot about how the invasion of Iraq was shown to have nothing to do with September 11th.
The people who think we forgot how they tried to amend the Constitution to suit the whims of religious zealots.
The people who think we forgot how they let the people in New Orleans die and then gave each other a hearty pat on the back and a round of "Good job, guys!"
The people who think we forgot how they crumpled up Habeus Corpus and threw it in the trash.
The people who think we forgot their willingness to beat, torture and murder anyone they think might possibly pose a threat to this country.
The people who think we forgot how they sent thousands of our children to die in defense of our freedoms while slowly whittling those same freedoms away...
But you know who I think are the most ignorant, cowardly, despicable, @!$%#s of all? The people who really think we'd want to re-elect the party responsible for all that.

Clinton and McCain both had/have more. He has far more lower and middle class supporters than either of them. This point doesn't make any sense at all.

By the way, much better to vote for Barack only because he's black than McCain because he's a POW. Or pretends to be a reformer.
Surely no one intelligent enough to get into the NRA thinks McCain believes Americans are any less idiotic than Obama does.
